Access to this site is free and open, and so is downloading the program: no account and no licence are needed to obtain it. Buying a licence requires an account, and a licence in force is what entitles you to use the program.

• Use of the application outside what the Terms provide for.
• Professional decisions taken without the review the application itself requires: the information the artificial intelligence proposes is presented as a proposal and must be confirmed by a person before being relied on.
• Loss of data from causes outside the program, such as failures of the machine, of the operating system or of third-party synchronisation services. The application works locally and backing up the vault is the firm's responsibility.
