In a firm the dates that matter sit inside the papers: in the order, in the notice, in the contract. JUDLEX now gathers them into a diary inside the case file, the folder where you keep the documents of a matter, each one carrying the document and the page it came from. From that diary you count a deadline: you give the date of service, the period, the jurisdiction the matter belongs to and the firm's calendar, and JUDLEX shows you the whole count, day by day, for you to sign. The window comes back as you left it, and the licence screen tells you when the current period will not renew.
Every date says where it came from
JUDLEX reads the dates that appear in a case file's documents and arranges them in a diary, each one with its page and the passage that supports it, so you can check where it came from without opening anything. None of them goes in on its own: JUDLEX puts it forward and you decide whether it stays. In that same diary you note what comes round every year with no document to announce it.
You are the one who signs the deadline
JUDLEX does not settle the deadline by itself: you are the one who opens the count, and none of the four entries comes ready-marked, because August is a working month in criminal proceedings and is not in civil ones. JUDLEX shows you the result and every day that did not count, one by one, and when you confirm it draws up a sheet with your name and the date, which you print and file.

JUDLEX remembers how you left the window, and closing it leaves the application waiting in the system tray. After an update it opens at Your space, on What's new.
The licence tells you about renewal
Your licence runs in periods, and the screen that shows it tells you when the current one will not renew. From there you go to judlex.com to reactivate it.
