Your licence covers a number of computers at a time: each one that opens JUDLEX takes up a seat. You can now see the list from inside the application — which computers are using your licence, what each is called and when it last connected. If you need a seat for another machine, you can free the one on this computer, or take it from whichever has gone longest without connecting.
Who is using the licence
The list lives under Profile → Licence. It shows every computer on your account: the name each one goes by, whether it is holding a seat right now, and when it last connected. One that came online two minutes ago is clearly in use; one that has not appeared for nine days probably is not.
Freeing the one on this computer
Release this computer's seat and it is free straight away for somebody else. This computer stays open: you can still consult and export everything it already holds, and you only need the seat back to bring in new documents.
Taking one from an idle machine
If every seat is taken and you need one, JUDLEX takes it from the computer that has gone longest without connecting. It tells you which one first and waits for you to confirm, so nobody gets turned out without you knowing.
