This release adds a complete extension to the firm. Communications connects your email over IMAP and SMTP and logs every message in and out with its date and its case file; from there it drafts six routine filings — acknowledgement of receipt, submission of documents, a request for a copy of the case file, entering an appearance, a formal prior demand, correspondence — naming the annexes by their code, and will not let you save one that claims something the case file does not support. You can also turn on an anonymous usage summary, off by default, to help JUDLEX fail less often.
The register keeps every message
Each message that comes in or goes out through the accounts you connect — using your own server's details, over IMAP and SMTP — is logged with its date and the case file it belongs to. You still see the register and can still export it in full even if you cancel the extension.
Six filings, citing what the file already holds
JUDLEX drafts the acknowledgement of receipt, the submission of documents, the request for a copy of the case file, entering an appearance, the formal prior demand and ordinary correspondence, naming the annexes by their code. Substantive filings — a claim, an appeal, a criminal complaint and the rest — are still off limits: deciding what to argue is the lawyer's work.
A usage summary, if you want one
You can share how often the application opened, which screens were visited and what failed, without a word about your case files or an identifier that points back to you. It stays off until you turn it on, and you can switch it off again whenever you like.
