This release gives JUDLEX a second section, Personal, for the papers of your home, your car or your taxes. It keeps its own matters and its own folder, apart from the firm's: you drop papers in, JUDLEX sorts them into matters, and then shows what you spent, what falls due and which letters it can draft for you. The release also brings new viewers and players, and a chat that tells you what has just come into a matter.
Personal sits apart from the firm
Personal has its own menu and its own documents folder, and it comes with the Professional licence at no extra cost. If a paper arriving through the watched folder looks like it belongs to a client of the firm, it waits aside until you decide where it goes.
Every file opens the way you prefer
Images, PDFs, saved emails, Word and Excel files, audio and video all have a viewer or player in JUDLEX, and clicking a citation opens the PDF at its page. In Settings β Viewers you choose, for each kind of file, whether it opens inside JUDLEX or with your computer's own program.
The chat says what has come in
When papers enter a matter, the chat tells you how many and offers to sort them. Pulling out a document's text runs on its own; splitting, identifying and analysing use more artificial intelligence and wait for your Β«Go aheadΒ». It can also tidy a matter's folders when you ask, and deleting is the only thing it asks you to confirm.
