JUDLEX reaches version 1.0 with fees and reports inside the case file, a cloud for the firm's backups and shared matters, and an AI paid for in credits that needs no key from any provider. The chat now shows its work step by step, tries another route when it cannot find an answer, and remembers what was said.
Fees and reports in the case file
Each case file now has a status report, a phased quote with an engagement sheet, a plain-language report for the client and a record of payments received. Amounts come from the firm's own rates: JUDLEX brings no prices, and when the AI suggests figures they stay amber until you confirm each one. Invoices are prepared with their QR code, but only against the tax agency's test environment.
An AI with no keys
The JUDLEX AI is paid for with credits on the licence: each seat gets 500 a month as a gift, and more can be bought. It is optional, it ships switched off and it explains what travels before you turn it on. With your own provider key, nothing changes.
A chat that shows its work
Chat tasks appear as a list of steps you can pause, resume or stop, and you can ask or request something else while it works. It remembers long conversations, keeps the model you chose in each one, and can search the internet when your papers are not enough, always saying so first.
The firm's own cloud
Google Drive, Dropbox or a server of your own hold a backup and let you share a matter with a colleague. What you share always leaves your computer encrypted, and none of it passes through JUDLEX servers.
Email, dates and everything else
With the Correspondence and filings extension, the email ledger now covers incoming and outgoing mail, and asking the AI about an email reads the whole message and its attachments. Dates written as numbers are read the way the paper writes them, not the way the firm's country does. Personal drops the word «case file», and the window works down to 960 by 640.
