In the Fees section of the case file, below payments, is Invoices. JUDLEX invoices under the VERI*FACTU mode of Spanish Royal Decree 1007/2023: each invoice carries its tax QR code and generates an invoicing record chained to the previous one, which is submitted to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
Before the first one
The invoice is issued by the holder of My details: their tax ID, name or company name and billing address are needed. Each computer in the firm invoices with its own series (F-<computer mark>-<year> and R-… for corrective invoices) and its own chain of records.
Invoicing
Invoice offers three ways:
Fee estimate phases: the lines of the phases you choose from the accepted fee estimate. The ones you marked as done come ticked, and advances already invoiced are deducted.
A payment without an invoice: advances and instalments received that have no invoice yet. For an advance, the base comes from the amount received, with VAT and withholding (for example, €1,000.00 received with 21% VAT and 15% withholding gives a base of €943.40).
A blank invoice.
Before issuing you can change everything: the client and their tax ID (a full invoice needs it), the description, the lines, the disbursements, VAT and withholding. If there are amounts without VAT, say whether they are exempt or not subject: it shows on the invoice. JUDLEX does the sums.
Review and issue reminds you that an issued invoice cannot be changed or deleted. On issuing, the PDF is saved in the case file folder, with the QR code at the top, «Invoice total» (base plus VAT) and «Amount due» (with withholding and disbursements). The invoice does not carry your signature, which the law does not require, and it does not come out in Word.
Submitting to the AEAT
Each invoice stays pending submission until it is sent. Submit to the AEAT asks for your certificate (.p12 or .pfx) and its password, which are used only for that submission: JUDLEX neither keeps nor copies the certificate. The reply is recorded: each invoice says whether the AEAT accepted it, accepted it with errors or rejected it, with the reason.
What is pending is shown in the case file and in Settings › Fees › Invoicing until it goes out. If there is no connection, it stays pending and the reason is shown.
Correcting an invoice
Correct the record: if the AEAT rejected the record or accepted it with errors, it generates a new record of the same invoice to submit again. The invoice does not change.
Correct (corrective invoice): creates a corrective invoice by differences (R1 to R4), with its reason. To start with it proposes the full credit; leave it at what changes. The original stays as it was.
Cancel: for an invoice that should not have been issued. It generates a cancellation record and the invoice is marked as cancelled.
Electronic invoice (Facturae)
From each invoice's menu, Electronic invoice (Facturae) saves the same invoice in Facturae 3.2.2, for clients who ask for it in electronic format. It is unsigned: if they want it signed, sign it with Autofirma.

There you will find the invoicing status of this computer (environment, installation number, what is pending and the last submission), Check the chain of records and the invoicing system's statement of compliance.
